Our Story

You can’t get more farm to table than this! Located across the street from Wilson Farm Meats, Wilson’s Whistle Stop uses their quality hogs to create a mouth watering barbecue you will be craving until the next time you stop in!

The restaurant was established in 2020 and is a proud member of the Tavern League of Wisconsin.

Delicious burger and pulled pork with grilled onions and bacon... out of this world homemade chips too!!!! Great little oasis in Elkhorn!! We will be back!!!

This was our second time eating from there, first time was fish fry and it was delicious! Today we tried a variety of BBQ- brisket, pulled pork, chicken, ribs, beans, sausage and mac-n-cheese- everything was tender and delicious! Will definitely be return customers!

Stopped in for lunch. Got the sampler platter and rotisserie chicken. By far best rotisserie chicken EVER! Highly recommend. Make sure you eat before you head over the the Wilsons butcher shop! We will for sure be back ❤

Stopped in for the fish fry & it didn't disappoint! Both baked & fried cod were delicious. Fries were really good too. My husband had the sampler platter & it was enough food for at least 2 people! Everything was fantastic & we will be back soon!

If you don't try the Wednesday 2fer1 Butterfly Pork Sandwich you'll have missed something worthy of a, "Bucket List" item. Great fries too, seasoned to perfection. Great now I'm drooling again.

Everything was delicious we had the ribs and chicken and their barbecue sauce is to die for. Friendly staff food was ready quickly.

BBQ at its best. The butterfly pork sandwich is a must. Comes with chips, lettuce tomato and onion. Took one home to have later that night. I have had the ribs and brisket, too.

We had pulled pork sandwiches, and while the meat tasted good, we had expected the sandwiches to have BBQ sauce. There wasn't any BBQ sauce on the condiments bar either. The french fries were soggy, not crisp.
